The Estonian 7s Championship 2022 was held on the 8th of October.

For the 8th time running Märjamaa Vikat ended as the winners of the championship, extending their record run as the 7s champions of Estonia 2015-2022
Kalev took the silver medal, improving on last year’s bronze by seeing off the old boys in a close battle.
Estonian Old Boys took the bronze with their win over Tartu, a small downgrade over 2021. The Old Boys tent was buzzing all day. The experience and class of the Old Boys was a credit to what the Old Boys are building, keeping retired players active and building rugby culture in Estonia.
Tartu gave a good account of themselves with a spirited 4th place – scoring at least 1 try in all of their games.

Outside of the Estonian championship friendlies were also played against the Nato Battlegroup based in Tapa, With their Fijian flair Tapa won all 3 of their matches, playing with and against more experienced players is a great way to level up, Tapa left with our gratitude and a special trophy for team of the day.
A great time was had by all with notable improvements in standards all around.
