The Estonia Men’s 7s team competes at the Rugby Europe 7s Conference 2 in Istog, Kosovo on 13–14 June. The tournament winner earns promotion to Conference 1 for the following season.
Estonia play in Group B against Greece, Slovakia, and hosts Kosovo.
Closer to a medal than ever before
In last year’s tournament Estonia finished fourth — missing the medal positions by just 5 points. This year the squad travels to Kosovo with a clear goal: to put that right.
Group B opponents
- Greece — first time at Conference 2; largely unknown but Greek rugby has developed rapidly.
- Kosovo — a familiar opponent playing at home. Estonia have dominated head-to-head: 46–0 wins in both 2024 and 2025.
- Slovakia — Estonia’s biggest challenge in the group. Won the 2024 semi-final 10–0 vs Estonia; last year’s group match ended 36–14 to Slovakia.

“Last year we were very close to a medal and it left the men with a bitter taste. We know this level is achievable for us. We’ve prepared well this season and every man in this squad knows what is expected of him — total commitment every second. We are not going to Kosovo to participate, we are going to compete.”
