The Estonia Men’s rugby team faces Norway on Saturday, 2 May in a Rugby Europe Conference match at the Estonian National Cricket and Rugby Ground in Tiskre. Kick-off is at 14:00. Entry is free.
Norway are a strong opponent — in their most recent match they competed hard against Finland, and in 2025 they defeated Estonia 58–10. Estonia go in as the underdogs, but the squad has prepared thoroughly and a full 23-man roster is match-ready.
Estonia already have a win on the board in this Conference campaign: Latvia’s withdrawal in April was recorded as an official victory — Estonia’s first in the 15-a-side format since 2016. Saturday is the first opportunity to show what the team can do on the pitch.
Head Coach Graham Smith: “We’re really looking forward to this match. Norway present us with a huge challenge — they competed brilliantly against Finland in their last game. But this match is about our own development. We’ve prepared very well and we’ll give everything we have. We know we’re the underdogs. The only thing I ask of my players and my team is to give 100% physically and mentally.”
